You are the guardians of workplace humanity, standing firm against the tide of toxic leadership and emotionally hijacked decision-making.
I see you.
I see you advocating for the overwhelmed employee facing an empathy-deficient manager who only sees tasks, not people. I see you carefully documenting patterns of behavior that crush #innovation and drain #motivation. I see you strategically maneuvering to protect your people while navigating the complex politics of organizational #change.
